Ouch...
Now That's A Tragedy...
Strap
Tragedy has had their share of success and failure so far this
season. The second game of the season saw Strap Tragedy pick
up its first win at Lakeshore. Strap Tragedy topped our old
ESL rivals the Blades by a score of 9 to 3.
The top line
of Pat Keenan, Don Stauffer, and Dave Eschmann dominated play
throughout the night. Pat Keenan and Dave Eschmann each scored
2 goals, while center Don Stauffer added one of his own. Matt
Glanville ripped a point shot over the goalies shoulder for
a score, and almost took Zim's head off. Zim would eventually
score one of his own in the third period. Congratulations to
Matt on his first goal as a member of Strap Tragedy. After
the game, the team retired to the bar to watch the Bills get
creamed by the Miami Dolphins.
Strap Tragedy
was not as lucky in their third game of the season, losing
a 1-7 decision to the Beavers. The lone goal was scored by
Sully in the first period. Special thanks to Allan Grasley
for todays image.
