The Photos are finally posted for the Second Anual Kodiaks Open!

New Website Layout

Strap Tragedy and the Kodiaks begin their first seasons at Lakeshore Ice Arena this week. This site was originally created to report on the schedule and results of the Kodiaks team. Until it is decided whether or not to create two web pages, this site shall serve to keep both teams informed as to the latest news and information for both teams.

Schedules, Rosters, and Game Results shall be displayed for both teams. At the top of each page with dual content, look for the hyper-links for which team you belong to. Check back on the front page for news and general team information.

The news page contains archived story links from past Kodiaks seasons. Also available are links back to past seasons results and team photos.

Our Leader...

Oh Captain, My Captain... Once again Andy LaPietra will be the captain of both the Kodiaks and Strap Tragedy. This is as tough a job as any of you will see, and only time will tell how long Andy can handle it.

Contact Andy for schedule conflicts, if you can't make a game, if you want to play a different position, and for any other general advice. Andy loves to help out. Politics, movies, TV shows, work... these are all things Andy loves to share his opinion about, so don't be shy.

Before you laugh, please note that you are all fair game...

Yep, It's a Strap Tragedy Alright...

Strap Tragedy played their first game Sunday night, and you guessed it... there were definitely a few tragedies.

The game wasn't all that bad in fact, and Strap Tragedy played quite well the first two periods.

A hearty welcome to the team for Ed and the Glanville clan, Tom and Matt. Also welcome back Derek Henderson and Al Grasley from their single season hiatus.

Goals were scored by Don Stauffer, Andy LaPietra, and Pat Keenan. With an assist on Andy's goal going to Dave Sullivan.

We've all got some skills to work on, so get ready for next weeks game against the blades.
